All sale/clearance items are final. Jewelry, scarves, belts, accessories, and gift certificate purchases are final. Codes that are used to receive 25% off and up are considered sale items, making the items purchased final sale. If you ship back final sale items to our facility, these items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
All other items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must arrive back at our warehouse by or before the 14th day to receive a refund. There is a two day grace period past the 14th day. If your item arrives on the 15th or 16th day, you will receive a store credit. NOTE: Any items past the 16th day will be kept with no refund or store credit.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. Returned items that have been worn or damaged will not be refunded, and these items will be mailed back to you at your expense.
All customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Neither these costs, nor the original shipping fee, will be refunded.
All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. Online returns will not be accepted in-store, no exceptions.
Refunds for all returned merchandise will be made within 10 business days from receipt of the returned items. An email will notify customers when the return is processed.
For exchanges, reorder the item in the size you are desiring and return the size you no longer want. When we receive the item we will refund your account for the item.
