Policy Updated and Effective 9/15/17

FINAL SALE:
-All sale and clearance items are final sale

-Jewelry, scarves, belts, accessories, and gift certificate purchases are final sale

-Codes that are used to receive 25% off and up are considered sale items, making the items purchased final sale

**If you ship back final sale items to our facility, these items will be shipped back to you at your expense.** 

RETURNS:

**Returns will be issued refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.** Store Credit never expires and can be used online or in-stores.

-Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must arrive back at our warehouse by or before the 14th day to receive a store credit.

-There is a two day grace period past the 14th day. If your item arrives on the 15th or 16th day, you will receive 75% of your total purchase in the form of store credit. 
 
**Any items received past the 16th day will be kept with NO store credit.**

-All merchandise must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all package slips included with the return. 

-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.

**Returned items that have been worn or damaged will not be refunded, and these items will be mailed back to you at your expense.**

-All customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Neither these costs, nor the original shipping fee, will be refunded.

-All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. Online returns and exchanges will not be accepted in-store, no exceptions. 

-Returns and refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from receipt of the returned items. An email will notify customers when the return is processed.

EXCHANGES:

**Exchanges are only for the same item in different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per style we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible.**

-Exchanges must be made within 16 days of the original purchase date.

-Reorder the item in the size or color you are desiring and return the size you no longer want. 

-The item you return must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.

-Please contact info.shopjulianas@gmail.com for faster service. Please provide your Order Number and "Exchange" in the subject line.

-Ship the item you wish to exchange back. Once we receive the return item (please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item and refund your account. 

-If we are currently sold out of the size or color desired, we we will be unable to process an exchange. Please refer to the return instructions above.
