-Items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS. Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada
-You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, via email, typically within 24-48 hours after shipment
-Orders will normally be shipped out to you within 2-3 business days
-We have a $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping charge
-Please visit our website, SHOPJULIANAS.COM, for Priority or Express Shipping options. We cannot provide these as an option on the app
-Due to large quantity of orders being processed, holidays, or bad weather at our warehouse your items may be shipped out up to 5 days after purchase. We will notify you via email if this ever occurs
-In the rare occurrence of a lost or stolen package Juliana's Boutique is NOT held responsible for refunding the amount of the order, or re-sending the items purchased in the order. We are unable to have control of your package once it has been shipped via USPS or UPS. We highly recommend contacting your local USPS/UPS office ASAP if your package is lost or stolen. The longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes for them to resolve the issue. We are more than happy to assist you in locating your package.
